PNEUMATIC AND FLUID QUICK CONNECT COUPLINGS

Par­ker Rectus® and Par­ker Tema® offer a complete range of pneumatic and fluid handling systems designed also for the field of special applications such as tempering and cooling.

The quick connect couplings are frequently used in medical technology and chemistry or pharmacy industry as well as in the special applications like a high temperature steam conduction. Using the flow rate diagram which is available next to each coupling in catalogue, you can identify at a glance the coupling series suited to your application and the corresponding operating pressure.

Couplings exist in many different series but they can be splitted into three basic categories:

  • single shut off
  • double shut off
  • leak-free design

Pneumatic and fluid quick connect couplings for special applications

The Safe-Lock™ technology reliably prevents accidental uncoupling of the systems under pressure, couplings with UltraFlo valve for minimalizing a consumption of compressed air,  quick connect couplings with a pressure eliminator which relieves the couplings connection in case of high static pressure in the system or TEMA MULTI-LINE® couplings – the multi-couplings for hydraulic system up to 350 bar.

PNEUMATIC AND HYDRAULIC HOSES AND HOSE FITTINGS

The Parker hoses and fittings are designed for pneumatic, hydraulic and other industrial applications. Hydraulic hoses are inlet, low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure, and also ultra high pressure (UHP) for ultra high pressure hydraulics and water jet cutting.

The Parkrimp® system is based on no-skiving technology (without removing the rubber cover before assembling). It’s quick and easy; no gauges to set on the machine and it meets EN safety regulations.

Parker delivers not only the hoses but also the hose fittings. The hose fittings made of steel, stainless steel or brass. Except of classical spiral, compact and opletove hoses there’s a lot of innovations such as Push-Lok® hoses and Compact Spiral® hoses. The Push-lok is the self-grip hose system for low-pressure applications. The Compact Spiral® hoses for high pressure are mostly used for transportation of bulk and abrasive materials, fuels, gas, vapour, etc. It offers measurably greater advantages in routing and installation, product size and weight, inventory savings and much more. Compact Spiral Hose has half the bend radius so it can reduce your hose needs 20% to 55%. Nearly 30% smaller O.D. enables you to fit more hose in tight quarters or helps you jump up a hose size for better flow characteristics.

In our assortment we offer also thermoplastic hoses. These hoses offer exceptional chemical resistance, flexibility and UV resistance. The PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) hose is typical representative of thermoplastic hoses.

HYDRAULIC SCREW JOINTS, TUBES AND FITTINGS

Ermeto Original® system for hydraulic tubes assembling

The EO fittings are recognized for the high pressure performance of the small dimension body. EO fittings are known as DIN fittings and are available in the 3 series for low, medium and high pressures. The EO fittings are available in 25 sizes from 4 to 42mm tube OD and can be used in applications up to 630 bar.

EO-2® – the common feature of all EO-2 fittings are elastomeric seals on all joints. This assures leakfree operation without retightening – even under severe working conditions. EO-2 is a true metric design according to 24º bite-type standards.

EO2-FORM® – is the new high pressure formed tube generation of the tube fittings. It is designed in to eliminate leakage in all fluid systems, by using elastomeric sealing systems.

EO-3® – The innovative fittings system with visual assembly status recognition for tube and hose applications. With its new thread technology, EO-3® can be assembled more easily and faster than other commercially available fittings systems. Leaks are avoided thanks to the clear installation monitoring. Increase the machine power and reliability. Additional costs due to reworking are avoided. EO-3® complies with the increasing quality and safety requirements of the market.

Triple-Lok® and O-Lok systems for

The Triple-Lok® 37° flared fitting. It is available for thread types UN/UNF.

The O-Lok® fitting is an O-ring face seal (O.R.F.S.) type fitting that consists of a nut, a body, an O-ring and a sleeve. The tube is flanged to 90° using the Parflange® system. When the fitting is assembled, it compresses an elastomeric seal in the precision-machined groove in the fitting body to form a leak-free connection. The new robust locknut eliminates the possibilities of excessive tightening damage. It is available for all parallel thread types – UN/UNF, Metric, BSPP. In the USA are available the systems for assembling inch tubes, e.g. Ferru­lok, Intru-Lok, JIS screw joints.

Except of all these systems for tube assembling we also offer welded fittings, flanges, adapter (thread types – BSPP, BSPT, NPT/NPTF, UN/UNF, NPSM/NPTF), rotatory joints, measuring connectors, tubes, tube catch.

Parflange-F37°® – for high pressure tube flange connections without welding. This technology is suitable for tube sizes from 16 mm up to 140 mm outside diameter and for pressures up to 420 bar.
