TUBE FITTINGS FOR INSTRUMENTATION TECHNOLOGY
A-LOK/CPI tube fitting
Parker CPI™/A-LOK® Instrumentation Tube Fittings are designed as leak-free connections for process, power and instrumentation applications. These single and two ferrule fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are available in a broad range of sizes, materials and configurations. The Parker CPI™/A-LOK® tube fitting has been specifically designed for use on instrumentation, process and control systems, analysers and environmental equipment employed in chemical, petroleum, power generating and pulp and paper plants.
A-LOK® uses two separate ferrules and CPI™ includes one double ferrule.
The Parker Suparcase™ surface treatment is an unique process that allows stainless steels and other alloys to be hardened without affecting, and even increasing, the corrosion resistance of the given materials. The Parker Suparcase® ferrule (back-ferrule on A-LOK® and whole ferrule on CPI™) creates a strong mechanical hold on the tube.
Parker CPI™/A-LOK® fittings are available as standard in Heat Code Traceable, 316 stainless steel. Other materials include steel, brass, aluminum, nickel-copper, Hastelloy C®, Alloy 600, Titanium, 6Mo, Incoloy 625 and 825.
ISO Conversion Fittings
Parker ISO Conversion Fittings are designed to the highest quality standards to allow connections between components and systems which use both NPT and ISO Thread configurations. Conversion fittings are maintained under strict quality control programs.
Vacuseal and Ultraseal fittings for applications where ultra-high pure conditions are required. These products are rated to a Helium leak rate of 1 X 10-9 STD cc/sec.
MPI fitting is pressure tube fitting which provides secure connection up to 1030 bar.
The Parker Phastite® technology for pipe connection system is a non-welded system for high-pressure piping. Its innovative design combines fast installation with a simple assembly process to achieve permanent non-welded, leak-free connections quickly and easily. Phastite reduces overall post-welding inspection time and costs by eliminating nondestructive examination (NDE) such as radiography/X-ray and even liquid dye penetrant. The Phastite is possible to use up to 1380 bar.
VALVES AND VALVE KITS
Parker Hannifin’s Instrumentation Products Division designs and manufactures one of the most comprehensive ranges of precision instrumentation valves for the wide field of clients. The valves portfolio includes ball and plug valves, needle valves, check valves, etc.
In addition to valves Parker Hannifin offer the broad range of manifolds for the varied oil, gas and process industries across the world. With many years of manifold development Parker Hannifin offers a range to suit all types of instrumentation installations, specifications and applications.
For analytical needs and applications the metering valves are available of which the bellows and diaphragm valves are applicable.
The Parker Hannifin’s valves for instrumentation processes and applications are useable in oil industry, gas industry, petrochemical industry, paper and processing industry.
PRESSURE REGULATORS
Air regulators provide quick response and accurate pressure regulation for the most demanding industrial air preparation applications.
With single stage or two stage regulation.
Low pressure regulators or up to 414 bar.
with the under pressure regulation – high flow.
The air pressure gauge installed at inlet, outlet or without pressure gauge.
Regulator installed at the beginning of pipe system or in front of the pressure sensitive equipment – for ingoing pressure regulation
Back pressure regulators are installed at the end of pipe system and they work just like relief valves, but the emphasis is on steady state pressure control instead of on/off pressure protection.
Regulators evaporating liquids to a gaseous state and make a single stage regulation in turn.
Heating options:
- electric heating
- heating by steam
