PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS AND ACTUATORS
Compressed air can have a great use as an environmentally friendly source of energy for various types of actuators.
Our wide range of linear actuators includes standardized ISO and VDMA cylinders, guide units, miniature cartridge cylinders, short stroke cylinders, compact cylinders, compact guided cylinders with piston rod secured from turning, stainless steel cylinders, rodless cylinders, mounting flanges, brackets, piston rod eyes, clevises, flexo couplings, position sensing magnetic switches, adjustable shock absorbers, spare parts and repair kits. Special types of linear actuators such as thrust cylinders and air bellows are available.
Rotary actuators, air motors in various dimension, power, torque and material variants are also included in our product range to fulfill your requirements.
PNEUMATIC VALVES
Reliable way how to operate actuators and distribute air in automation systems is through the pneumatic valves. These can be directly operated mechanically, manually, by compressed air or an electro-magnetic coil.
The connection of individual valves is possible through the threaded ports directly in the valve body or through sub-bases and manifolds. Pneumatic valves that can withstand also a poor air quality with higher endurance are also a part of our valves product range as well as special (ATEX) valves designed for a save operation in polluted and hazardous environment. Standardized ISO and Namur valves are commonplace together with AC/DC coils, connectors and spare parts.
SOLENOID VALVES
The division of solenoid valves with its unique program is the world’s leader in this field. The individual series are designed for contact with aggressive and non aggressive liquids and gases. The program offers large scale of connection port sizes from M3 up to G2 and if required or space saving takes place any valves can be connected through a flange or sub-base. Required design, flexibility and properties of solenoid valves are possible to achieve by combination of thousands of shape, body and sealing material variations what leads to extensive high technical performance applications in numerous industries.
COMPRESSED AIR REGULATION AND TREATMENT
To deliver a compressed air of required quality and pressure level can be easily achieved by airline equipment such as filters, pressure regulators, lubricators and modular combination units. For hazardous and polluted environment we do offer stainless steel air treatment units and units following the ATEX standards. These products are complemented by ancillary equipment including internal and external auto drain units, condensate drain valves, inlet and exhaust valves. If there is a need we can offer electronic pressure regulators achieving very fast response times and accurate output pressure.
VACUUM PRODUCTS
Our program of vacuum products includes a wide variety of conventional vacuum components, as well as more specialized items such as variable vacuum pumps, material transfer and air amplification units. Engineers from vacuum division are able to deliver customer specific solutions – often developing customized pumps or completely integrated vacuum control system. A comprehensive range of vacuum products complement the axial spring systems, mufflers and vacuum cups of various shapes and materials.
FITTINGS AND ACCESORIES
Fittings from our connection system range are quick and therefore ideal way how to connect individual pneumatic components and circuits. The fittings are complemented by Polyamide and Polyurethane tubes having the outer diameter from 4 to 16 mm, flow controllers, adaptors, silencers, ball valves and quick exhaust valves.
